A washing machine soaks the adhesive holding a shoe together, crushes foam midsoles and scuffs the finish. So we clean by hand: material first, method second. Leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, mesh and knit all want different things.

    Cleaning and deodorising for sneakers, suede, leather, sports and formal pairs. Then the repair bench: soles re-pasted or replaced, seams stitched, heels rebuilt, colour matched and sprayed back on.

    Handbags, satchels, backpacks and leather jackets. Cleaning, conditioning and colour restoration, plus zips, straps, hardware and lining work.

Every pair takes the same route.

Nothing skips inspection. You get a price before any work starts, and a second check happens before anything is wrapped and sent back.
