Rates run from ₹350 for a pair of canvas or sports shoes up to ₹2,800 for full sole rebuilds and colour restoration. Where a range is given, the price depends on the material, the size and how much work the piece actually needs.

Stitching is available for all kinds of shoe sole. Leather and canvas dyeing and colour restoration are both available. If your piece needs something not on this list, send a photo and we'll quote it.
Once items are collected you get an acknowledgement with invoice details. Pay before or on delivery, by cash or UPI.
Getting your shoes to us
Three pairs, and the pickup is on us.
Inside the Pune service area, collection and delivery are free on three pairs or more. Under three, a delivery charge is added to the invoice, and we'll tell you what it is before anything is collected.
Outside Pune?
If you're in another city or state, courier or parcel your shoes to us. Plenty of customers do. Message us first on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the address, the likely price and how to pack them.
Return courier is arranged the same way.
Questions
How long does it take?
Usually three to five days. Urgent shoe laundry is available with a 12 or 24 hour turnaround — ask when you book and we'll tell you what's possible that week.
Do you put shoes in a washing machine?
Not delicate or premium pairs. A drum soaks adhesives, compresses foam and abrades finishes. Those are cleaned by hand. Robust everyday pairs may be machine-washed where it's genuinely safe for the material.
Is pickup really free?
On three pairs or more, yes, anywhere in our Pune service area. Under three pairs a delivery charge is added, quoted before we collect. Our partner arrives with their own bags, so you don't need to pack anything.
I don't live in Pune. Can you still take my shoes?
Yes. Courier or parcel them to us from any city or state. Message us on WhatsApp first and we'll confirm the address, give you a likely price from a photo, and tell you how to pack them so they survive the trip. We arrange the return courier the same way.
What can you actually rescue?
More than most people expect. Burned soles, blue dye bled onto white Skechers, a Tory Burch handbag that had torn, boots worn through at the toes. Send a photo on WhatsApp and you'll get a straight answer rather than a maybe.
Do you handle designer and luxury items?
Yes, and they're always hand cleaned. Leather jackets, premium handbags and limited-edition sneakers all come through regularly.
What products do you use?
Eco-friendly, skin-safe solutions, chosen for the material rather than for convenience.
What if something goes wrong?
This is manual work and the process is built to prevent damage. If an accident happens we'll provide an alternative solution, handled under our terms. If you're unhappy with a result, tell us straight away and we'll put it right.
How do I look after things afterwards?
Rotate your pairs rather than wearing one into the ground, use shoe trees, brush suede dry, and re-apply coating once water stops beading off. We'll give you instructions specific to whatever you send in.
